1. When will I receive my order?
All orders from Shoppola will be dispatched within 24 hours. Domestic deliveries will be delivered between 1-3 business days after shipping.
2. How do I track my order?
The tracking link can be accessed from the shipping confirmation email you received or you can enter your order number at "Order Status" on our website.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We currently don't accept prepaid gift cards.
4. Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only ship within the United States.
5. What's your return policy?
The return period for unused items with original packaging is 90 days. For return authorization, email contact@shoppola.shop.
6. How do I exchange an item?
We offer exchanges for eligible items within 90 days of delivery.
